Such Amin is a solicitor and entrepreneur with over 20 years’ experience operating at the intersection of law, technology, and leadership. He founded Aequitas Legal in 2009, a specialist personal injury law firm recognised for handling high-value, complex and catastrophic injury claims.

In 2013, Such founded inCase™, a private-equity-backed, independent mobile software platform designed to transform client engagement and operational performance for law firms. In May 2024, inCase™ was successfully acquired by The Access Group, marking a significant exit and validation of the platform’s market impact.

A Past President of Manchester Law Society, Such has built and led high-performing teams across both the legal and technology sectors and acts as an advisor to businesses in a range of industries. He is particularly known for combining strategic leadership with a passion for leveraging technology to deliver exceptional client/customer experience.
